Travel Consultant

Job Responsibilities:

Airline/ Cruise travel reservations;

Capturing and confirming good deals for all the domestic and international airline tickets;

Issuing tickets and invoicing

Highest level of customer service and ensure the delivery within set timelines;

Handling all the Individual / Group tickets;

Handling Operations and travel documents for the group itineraries;

Handling Telephonic & Email enquiries;

Booking of Flight, Train, Bus, Hotels, travel insurance;

Hotel booking reconfirmation;

cancellation of tickets;

Daily Report, Follow up for growth in sales

Reservation and ticketing

Reconciliation

Corporate Bookings

Coordination with suppliers

Business Development (Corporate and Retail sales)

Requirements:

Travel Ticketing Experience mandatory

Graduate (minimum)

IATA/ relevant Travel Ticket applications/ MS Office applications mandatory

Excellent English speaking and writing skills

Pleasing personality

Should have prior min of work experience in client facing, customer service and business development (Corporate and retail sales with special focus on group tours and packages).
