Job Description

Coordinate with prospective customers and make them understand the various training products and deliverables associated with each training.

Invite the prospective customers to the office for an in-person discussion if required

Prepare marketing emails and execute email campaigns.

Make changes to the website related to Training schedule, training timing, faculty etc

Make updates to the CRM system about the result of the discussions with each customer.

Schedule the trainings

Coordinate with training venues and ensure bookings, availability of conference rooms.

Collect payments from customers and prepare invoices.

Any other administrative activities as demanded by the job
