Job Description

Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs):

1. Get in touch with Distributors on regular basis of assigned territory over phone call regarding purchase order.

2. Responsible for generate new purchase order of Genuine Parts and Accessories.

3. Responsible for generating business by effective communication & selling skills with them.

4. Collect feedback from retailers on product, pricing & schemes.

5. Customer Complaints Resolution.

6. Systematic coverage of Territory Beat/Journey Map, Dealers, Private Garage Owners, Mechanics.

7. Build and sustain business relationship with retailers.

8. Coordinate with Office Team to ensure retailer order service levels.

9. Participate in weekly retail performance reviews.
