Job Description

• Handling a team of 8-10 Associates/ Senior Associates and taking overall ownership of the projects executed by the team.

• In-depth research (including benchmarking, cash flow optimization analysis, etc.) focused on Financial Service/ Risk/ Compliance/ Transaction Services across geographies for business development as well as engagement execution

• Work closely with US/non-US services team leaders and stakeholders and a few more service lines on developing various go to market strategies

• Actively work with the Knowledge Management team in maintaining intranet sites for respective service lines and aim to drive and align with the team’s knowledge management vision

• Review of deliverables/proposals/presentations to ensure they are visually appealing, impactful and meet the requisite quality standards

• Actively maintain directories and various internal management repository around research conducted and other service lines on the intranet portal

• Enable practice professionals to apply the Methodology on engagements and ensure compliance of the same

• Support the strategic planning initiatives of the firm like business plans / communication

• Manage a pool of resources and work as their leader and mentor

• Assist seniors in other important areas of work such as internal trainings, performance appraisals and MIS, should be open to pitch to team wide initiatives and provide support over and above their respective areas of work
