responsibilities and Duties

• recruitment of Team Members

• daily Monitoring and Reporting

• provide Market Feedback and Intelligence

• to Develop the Insurance Business in Assigned Area By Supporting the Sales Team.

• strategic Planning for Business Development of Insurance Product in Coordination with Sales Head of the Region.

• training of the Sales Team On Product, Processes and Policies as Defined By Head Office.

• relationship Building with Insurance Companies and Liasioning for Activity Management.

• review of Sales Team On Insurance Product Sales.

• activity Planning, Execution and Overall Management.

required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

sales, Marketing, Insurance, Banking, Sales, Agency Sales, Area Sales, Business Development, Fmcg Sales, Medical Sales, Channel Sales, Branch Sales, Territory Management

• need Graduate in Any Field

• 5+ Year Sales Experience
