We are looking for candidate for the post of Female Tendering Executive at Kolkata

Location : Bara Bazar, Kolkata

Experience : Minimum 2 years of experience in Tendering

Required Skills and Qualifications :

Candidate must have experience in E-Tendering.

Should be comfortable enough using different Govt. & public tendering portal like E-procurement Portal.

Should have strong convincing ability & communication skill.

Ability to work effectively with external agencies and internal teams.

Responsibilities and Duties :

Searching Government & Private E-Tenders.

Prepare all the documents related to the tender

Online registration on the various portals for tender, Online payment , uploading the documents online & final submission.

To track & update our day to day communication , corrigendum, notices, regarding tenders.

Preparation of Check Sheet.
