Job Description

- Successfully convert leads/prospects into customers for the business

- Acquire new customers for the business through making outbound calls; pitch and sell the different types of subscriptions / packages to the customers

- Renew subscriptions for existing customers and up-sell higher subscriptions to existing customers during the renewal process

- To provide end to end support to customers through the process of on-boarding, renewals and grievance resolution; act as relationship manager for the customer and address and resolve customer distress and issues

- Regularly follow up with prospects and leads through tele-calling for lead conversion

- Submit daily report to reporting-in charge on outbound and inbound calls made and received (cold calling, follow-ups)

- Perform other duties as and when assigned

Job Purpose:
• To manage all search engine optimization and digital marketing activities
• To manage all SEO activities such as content strategy, link building and keyword strategy to increase rankings on all major search networks. You will also manage all SEM campaigns on Google, Facebook, etc in order to maximize ROI
Primary duties and responsibilities:
• To collect and analyze data and identify trends & insights in order to achieve maximum returns in paid search campaigns
• Analyze website analytics and pay per click (PPC) initiatives and campaigns
• Manage campaign and expenses
• Monitor and track the performance of all SEO & SEM (ad words) initiatives.
• Monitor and evaluate search results and search performance across the major search channels
• Own overall SEO insight, reporting and tools, including developing a uniform set of KPIs and measures to ensure we are measuring success effectively and consistently.
• Work with the wider Digital team to drive the technical roadmap for SEO, ensuring appropriate prioritization.
• Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords.
• Keep pace with SEO, search engine, social media and internet marketing industry trends and developments
• Communication to team and management on project development, timelines, and results
• Work closely with the other team members to meet client goals
• Perform other duties as and when assigned
