Job Description

Preferred Female Candidate living in Thane-with at least 3-6 years’ experience in customer communications.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Receive Phone calls, and record pick-up Delivery Requirement.

2. Check Email frequently to see if any online booking by Customer and record pick-up Delivery Requirement.

3. As per above 1 &2 plan for service and communicate to customer accordingly.

4. Be very friendly with Customer & by all the means of Communications including Whats app, sms, phone, keeping our rights of Payments and discounts unaffected.

5. Co-ordinate with company Supervisor- for ready orders to be planned for Delivery

6. Make the Pick-up and Delivery Plan (P&D Plan) in understanding with P & D team members.

7. Upon Receipt of garments, Enter into System and tag it in Presence of Shop supervisor.

8. Any Problem in the first inspection before tagging should consult with DC & L Expert to communicate to Customer. Mention in the pink receipt Acceptance or Rejection by Customer.

9. Inform customer the tentative Pickup and delivery time, then P&D team will call before reaching customer Place.

10. Always keep tracking of Van, for communication and efficient time utilization of team and Van.

11. Generate Daily system Reports for tracking.
