Position: Telecom Support Engineer
Experience: 4-6 Years relevant of Experience and should be handling L2 task
Good hands-on primarily with Verint Recording Platform.
Add on Skills (Optional): Knowledge on Avaya CTI, ACD, Genesys, NICE.
Qualifications: Typically engineering, Minimum Bachelor Degree with Verint Certifications will be prefered.
Responsibilities: Provide 24x7 operational support of Verint Recording Platform.
Monitor platform alerts and take action as needed.
Install application patches and other related security fixes.
Manage roll-out of patches/IOS upgrades basis published enterprise security calendar.
Configure programs, recording rules, data sources and other elements needed.
Manage users, roles and profiles.
Handle application related incidents that are submitted via ticketing platform.
Provide troubleshooting support to maintain all Voice systems and monitor them proactively to ensure that production downtime is minimised
To ensure an effective communication process is in place with all the stakeholders including vendors, server, Network and Operation support teams.
Ensure availability of accurate & latest diagrams for all sites/clients/programs
Provide support to InfoSec team for enterprise level compliance initiatives and audits
Prepare RCA for Sev1&2 Incidents
Work with TAC engineer to troubleshoot Voice incidents and provide all required inputs to TAC engineers
Escalate issues to next level with in set SLA and proper documentation.
