Desired Candidate Profile:

Managing the entire gamut of maintenance & operations & Project Management to ensure the network availability >= %

Leading the operations & maintenance team in an efficient, optimized, cost effective way, orientation towards KPI's, SLAs.

Managing the operations to ensure smooth and seamless maintenance of daily activities like fuel management, surveillance management, estate Management etc.

Monitoring & controlling energy consumption & loss making sites to optimize the cost and maintain site stability.

Monitor equipment performance and preventive maintenance

Performing troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and implementing corrective actions to eliminate recurrence of breakdowns.

Carrying out comprehensive operations & maintenance support such as provisioning, fault monitoring & handling, etc.

Leading the preparations of periodic updates on the operations of circle teams, recommending strategies and methods for interventions required to rectify/ improve quality parameters

Performing any other related duties, as required

Ensure reduction in fuel consumption by closely monitoring

Minimizing EB faults

Ensure timely escalations of issues occurring at each site

Organizing safety training for field staff

Ensure safety guideline are followed

Identifying high Diesel consumption sites and their remedy action

Attending quarterly Governance meeting
