Target Based Lead Generation
Assist customers via voice, email or chat.
Handle queries and complaints of customers.
Transaction Handling Services.
Handle tough situation with customer.
Maintain patience with customers.
Correctly follow and implement different types of task given.
Daily reporting for the activities
Coordination with internal teams
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
Good Communication skills.
Fluency in Languages English, Hindi, Bengali
