JOB SUMMARY/ OVERVIEW

Provideaprofessional andefficientcustomer serviceonbehalf of Yahoo’s worldwideCustomer Services. Utilizegoodcustomer service&TechnicalSkillsfor resolving Technical/Customer Servicequeries for Yahoo’scustomers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Provideonline/offlinesupportfor Global Customers.

• Resolveknowncustomerissues throughtheuseof a knowledgebase, directuse of tools, productuser guides, andother referencematerials.

• Beresponsibletodeliver ahigh quality, customer-driven, supportserviceresolvingcustomer enquiries atthefirstpointof callwherever possible.

• Assistcustomerin resolving any open requests for support, assistance, informationonFinances & transactions,etc.

• Demonstrate ownership andwillingness toresolveissues ina timelymanner.Demonstrates confidenceandwillingnesstoresolvecustomer requests orqueries.

• Maintain andimproveCustomer Satisfaction bydelivering againstthoseinitiatives thathavebeen identified as cruciallyimportantduringeach andeverycustomersupportengagementfor voice.

• Deliver FirstCallResolutionbyhandlingcustomer requests andresolving customer issues asoften as possibleduringthefirstcontact.

• Abilitytoassesscustomer sentimentatall stages duringthecommunication,totakethelead in escalating an issueon behalf ofthecustomerandtoarrangefora supervisor tomediateinthe interaction if deemed necessarybyyouor if requested bythecustomer.

• Manages allcustomer communicationwiththeappropriatelevelofetiquette,timeliness and professionalism, whilstworkingtowards achieving agreedoperational targets.
