Responsibilities and Duties
Generating sales for company
responsible for closing sales deal over the phone
maintaining good customers
contact potential or existing customers to inform them about aproduct/service using scripts
answer questions to understand customer requirements & close sales.
enter and update customer information in the database.
take and process orders in an accurate manner
handle grievances to preserve the companys reputation
go to extra mile to meet sales and facilitate future sales
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelors or associates degree a plus
2 years experience in a sales related role, preferably in telesales
Outstanding verbal communication skills and a positive attitude
Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel
Excellent telephone etiquette
