Boom Solution Pvt. Ltd. (MNC) is an International BPO which gives Technical support to International customers. As well as it deals in finance, events and has domestic and International call centers in various parts of India, UK and US.

We are looking for Technical Support and Technical Sales candidates for our BPO at Udaipur location who are ambitious, passionate and gain real satisfaction in delivering outstanding service.

Responsibilities as a Technical Support Executive

oThe ideal candidate will be proactive, analytical, organized and able communicator in English (both written and verbal), and is able to determine the urgency and impact of a request.

oShould have good knowledge of Computer Hardware Desktop, Laptop and Printers troubleshoot.

oShould have knowledge of Operating Systems, networking and general application software.

oShould have good knowledge of MS-Office, Outlook or mailing applications and other industries standard applications.

oResponsible for PC support in off-sites locations

oProvide accurate, timely solutions to end-user computer

oProvides Second Level Support to the end-user community

Responsibilities as a Technical Sales Executive

oTo lead the sales

oSolve the issues of the clients as soon as possible.

oIt also includes providing technical assistance to the clients.
