Job Role -
To handle incoming /outgoing calls and solve all client queries, in regards to their computers.
To make sure the customer understands the issues they can face in a computer and what steps needs to be taken to prevent them.
Suggest appropriate product updates to clients (soft selling)
To provide Technical Assistance (VOICE).
