We are looking for freshers/experienced technical support executives for a rapidly growing web hosting company. We have an office in Rajkot and it is also possible to work from home. We are committed to providing excellent customer support 24/7 to our customers. We don't like when customer get disappointed because of poor customer service and that's why we also looking for skilled person who can serve to customers and manage customers professional . It is good to have 6 months customer support experience but if you are also welcome to apply as we all need to learn. We are looking for candidates who are familiar with web hosting world and he/she must be a competent user of cPanel/WHM/Plesk. Must have
Must feel comfortable while working with cPanel/WHM/Plesk
Able to use WHMCS for managing orders/handling support tickets and etc
Knowledge of MySQL/ MSSQL database
Able to handle projects in PHP and develop PHP based portals from scratch
Fluent English/Hindi for communication with other team members and customers
Troubleshooting skill for cPanel/WHM/Plesk/WHMCS/MySQL/MSSQL
Basic knowledge of SSH commands and server administration
Must have knowledge of DNS and DNS propagation
Should be able to configure the servers and maintaining servers
Nice to have
Strong understanding of SSH commands for managing entire servers
Strong knowledge of Python scripting for automation
1-year experience in the web hosting industry
Competent knowledge of SSL/TLS/ concepts
Familiar with CloudFlare or any other CDN technology
Strong understanding of various DNS records
