Need Experienced Candidates for Inbound Tech Support Voice Process in Rotational shift.

Designation – Tech Sales Associate

Criteria

1) Should have Good Communication Skills over English. Must be Fluent.

2) Should have prior experience in Tech Support. Should have knowledge in Closing Calls. (Must be a Closure).

3) Must be flexible (Rotational shift) & Rotational off (Seven days working any one day off)

4) Age Criteria – 18 years to 33 years

5) Education Qualification – Graduates. Undergraduates can also apply. (Minimum 12 pass)

.Needs to understand the customer problem and resolve their problem by trouble shooting and diagnosing it

Needs to handle the call from start to end - Call Closure

Job profile :-

1) Receive calls of customer and help them solve their technical problem by trouble shooting or diagnosing.

2) Should have information how to solve problems related to Technical Support in computers, laptops, Macbook or other peripherals such as router, printer mobile phone etc

3) Should know how to close calls after solving the query.

Benefits :-

1) Salary on 1st of every month.

2) Paid Birthday Leaves + Double paid on birthday’s if you work.

3) 24 leaves in a year + 15 Comp off Leaves.

4) No extension of shift.
