Job Description

Inbound Technical Support.

Interface with customers via inbound calls for resolving routine problems regarding printers, routers, mails etc.. Analyzing the issues correctly and selling the relevant plans and software..

Candidate Profile-

• Must Have Experience in Inbound/Outbound Tech Support (10 months-1 year)

• Must know how to close their calls.

• Must have good convincing and sales skills.

• Must be fluent in English Speaking .
