Responsibilities and Duties
Customer Support
- Handle customer queries (email, phone, etc)
- Understand user requirement and address it
- Adhere to Content guidelines and provide high levels of customer happiness.
- Identify potential issues and raise it with the concerned team
Customer Engagement
- Handle customer feedback and improve CSAT.
- Interacting with users on various channels (email, SM, PS, etc.) and resolving their queries.
We are looking at immediate joiners or those who can join us in 15 days maximum.
Work location - Koramangala Bangalore.
Responsibilities and Duties
Experience/Skills Required:
- Fluent Knowledge of Hindi and English language is mandatory. Preferable if proficient in any other Indian Language
- Good understanding of Ms-Excel
- Must be customer centric
- Must be hard-working, flexible, independent and self-motivated.
- Flexible to working shifts (no night shifts) and weekends.
