Job Description

Key responsibilities:-

Diagnose and troubleshoot customer problems.

Ask customers targeted questions to quickly understand the root of the problem.

Keep track of customer issues and its resolution.Ensure all issues are properly logged.

Prioritize and manage several open issues at one time.

Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers.

Properly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams (e.g. testers, developers, business analyst)

Talk clients through a series of actions, either via email or chat or call, until they’ve solved customer's query.
