Job Description

Position: Tech sales executive (US inbound Technical Sales)

Job description:

- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in US/Canada Software and Tech Sales

- Exposure in Inbound Pop up calls, PPC

- Making sales with Mac / Popup / Router / Norton / Antivirus / Printer / QB calls

- Maintaining strong customer relations by regular follow ups, interpreting their

requirements & advising on technology upgrades

- Demonstrate technical features of our services and its benefits

- Good command over English language with excellent customer service/sales

- Basic knowledge of computer troubleshooting, operating system like Windows XP, Vista,

7, 8, Mac OS

- Ability to meet sales targets

- Comfortable with US shift timings

Salary offered: up to 40k/month plus incentives

Location: Gurgaon

Joining: immediate

Meals: Available
