lead and Mentor Team of Developers and Testers Through Implementation

manage Project in An Agile Development Methodology Backlog, Sprint Planning, Deployments Etc.

work with Various External Teams such as Operations, Qa, Business, Etc. Through the Lifecycle

present Project Status to Internal and External Stakeholders

ensure the Quality of the Deliverable Meet the Pre-defined Standards

desired Skills:

minimum 3+ Years of Experience in Leading and Mentoring Team

2+ Years of Experience in Working Directly with Agile Methodologies like Scrum

ability to Manage Multiple Projects Concurrently

ability to Learn New Technologies and Adapt as Technology Landscape Changes

great Analytic Skills and Keen Eye for Spotting Data Trends

excellent Communication and Soft Skills
