About SAV (Surveyors & Valuers) India Pvt. Ltd.
1) Should Prepare valuation reports of the real estate properties basis the documents/Plan and lay outs and property rates as per the market trend.
2) Should have experience in preparing valuation reports for grampanchayats and gaothan properties.
3) Should have working experience as a field engineer or basic knowledge.
4) Conduct the QC and prepare final report basis the data provided by field engineer with appropriate remarks and valuation.
5) Should posses strong domain knowledge of the valuation industry.
