computer Assembling. Installing & Configuring all Windows Operating System & also Troubleshoot & Solving of Windows Problem.

installation of Application Software & Maintenance of Computers & also Implementing Systems.

antivirus Updation & Virus Removal.

setup of Network Printers & other Peripherals.

knowledge of Local Area Network Management.

installation Drivers of Printers, Scanners, Motherboards, Network Adapters, Modem & other Devices & also Troubleshooting & Solving Problem System Devices.

actively Keeping Track of all It Assets and Getting Them Tagged. Physical Verification and Documentation of It Asset.

configuring Outlook 2003/2007 Clients and Troubleshooting Clients Related Problems.

handling It Service Desk Software for Manage Call Reports.providing Daily Reports of Bandwidth Utilization of Lan/wan Links Between Cso/ros/branches

co-ordinate with the Service Provider for Immediate Resolution of the Faults.

providing Vpn Support to Clients & Remote Branches.

act as a Troubleshooter for Faults Detection in the Lan & Wan Connectivity Between Cso/ros/branches.
