Responsible for providing technical assistance and support related to WIFI.

Diagnose and resolve technical issues involving internet connectivity, email clients, application password resets.

Responsible for preparing daily call reports.

Collaborate with other IT members to properly manage user inquiries and escalate when appropriate.
