Adeeba E Service is looking for Experienced CCE for inbound Tech Support Process (Morning and Night Shift)
Candidates having at least 6 month experience in International Tech Support calling can only apply
Candidate must be fluent in English. Candidate must be able to understand International Customer. Candidate must be able to take calls, take remote access of routers, printers, pc etc. Candidate must be able to explain our service to the customer. Candidate must Close Tech Support pop-up calls or PPC calls of both MAC and Windows.
1. Salary on 1st of every month.
2. Fixed salary ( Salary is not based on targets)
3. Incentives like Spot Incentives, Daily Incentives, Rewards and Recognition Scheme.
4. Incentives up to 20,000
5. Referral Bonus 3,000 per person referred.
6. 24 Leaves in a year, 15 calendar holiday and Birthday Leave
