Job Description

Good IT knowledge with a degree preferably.

Understanding of customer service not necessarily call center knowledge and skills.

Excellent communication skills.

Must be aggressive and dynamic with a good attitude, always open to feedback and should be a quick learner

If the consultant is able to secure a lead within our customer base,

Ability to actively farm in our accounts.

Knowledge of Sales and Market would be an advantage.

Outstanding telephone, written and verbal communication skills.
