Job Description Inbound/outbound Technical Support:-

brief Description:- the Position of Inbound/outbound Technical Support Advisor Consists of Being the First Line of Contact for Users with Technical Issues and Providing Hardware and Software Technical Support.

tasks:-

1. contact Businesses or Private Individuals By Telephone in Order to Solicit Sales for Services;

2. deliver Prepared Sales Talks, Reading from Scripts that Describe Services, in Order to Persuade Potential Customers to Purchase the Service

3. analyze Customer Problems and Research Solutions Using the Knowledge Base Software

4. diagnose Customer Issues Through Process of Elimination By Asking Probing Questions

5. document Issues Appropriately Based On Existing Guidelines

6. explain Service Contract Provisions to Customers

7. provide Easily Understood Answers Adapted to the Customer Situation

8. provide Hardware and Software Technical Support

9. receive Inbound Customer Calls, Chats and Email Inquiries
