· Build and Maintain Relationships with Third-party Insurers and External Parties to Support the Collection of Debt
· Agree to Protocols with Insurers to Support the Business in Recovering Debt Efficiently
· Identify Training and Development Areas Both Across the Team and Individually
· Ensure all Processes and Systems Remain Fit for Purpose
· Driving the Implementation of Any Changes as Required
· Respond Promptly to High Call Influxes, Utilizing the Business Resource to Respond to Volume, Avoiding Any Adverse Impact On the Customer Journey
· Assist in Team Queries and Escalations Including Customer Dissatisfaction and Complaints
