To Manage, Support and Motivate the Collections Team Activity Day to Day, Ensuring the Team Remain Motivated and Work Efficiently to Settle Credit Hire and Storage Bills Owed.

responsibilities

· to Ensure all Outstanding Claims are Allocated to a Handler to Be Settled

· Build and Maintain Relationships with Third-party Insurers and External Parties to Support the Collection of Debt

· Agree to Protocols with Insurers to Support the Business in Recovering Debt Efficiently

· Identify Training and Development Areas Both Across the Team and Individually

· Ensure all Processes and Systems Remain Fit for Purpose

· Driving the Implementation of Any Changes as Required

· Respond Promptly to High Call Influxes, Utilizing the Business Resource to Respond to Volume, Avoiding Any Adverse Impact On the Customer Journey

· Assist in Team Queries and Escalations Including Customer Dissatisfaction and Complaints

· Previous Team Leading Experience

· Collections Experience

· Excellent Organizational and Prioritization Skills with Strong Attention to Detail

· Analysis and Problem-solving Skills

· Understanding of Group Insurance Policies

· Ability to Use Initiative and Think Outside the Box

· Can Focus Your Team Effectively During Busy Periods
