Urgently hiring for the post of Team Leader- Building Construction for Navi Mumbai Location.

1. Job Location: Navi Mumbai.

2. Company Profile: The company is one of the leading organizations working in the development of the balance of plant work of wind farm development projects. They are also in Real Estate, DMC, EPC, Construction, etc.

3. Job Description:

Understanding the requirement of company leadership and transforming it to executable implementation plan.

The candidate will oversee the operational aspects of building construction vertical within the company and will be responsible for its P&L.

He will look into aspects of construction management, delivering best of construction services, employing best of industry practices, project management, costing, scheduling etc. and is expected to have in depth understanding of above points.

He will have technical understanding of construction aspects, design, specifications, material and labor procurement, compliances, etc.

He will look into legal documentation, processes, jargon,etc. in relation to construction contracts and is expected to have a hands-on understanding of these processes.

He should have understanding of construction cost estimation, working out the cost and general understanding of cost of construction of building.

The company is looking for hands-on experienced senior person to take a lead role in operations of vertical of building construction of the company in pan-India projects.

4. Qualification Required:

Graduate engineer (Tier I/II institutes) and (IIT), Civil engineering preferable

Construction management from L&T is essential

Construction management from NICMAR will be added advantage

5. Experience:

3-6 years experience in Construction site management.

Experience in real estate, infrastructure and construction sector is preferable.

6. Skills Required:

Taking the first step for problem solving, go getter attitude,
