Job Description

-Source good candidate profiles, fix up appointment for interview & convince them to join Chola MS.

-Guide new employees on prospect list & guide on sales conversion.

-Attend joint calls with new employees (mix of demonstration & observing

-Give feedback to employee post the joint call about his performance and improvement areas.

-Plan & Deliver Teams Revenue Targets Month on Month

-Generating leads and meeting interested customers.

-Following up on renewal base & meeting the renewal customers.

-Update Lead / Conversion details in Lead Management System.

-Good depth of knowledge about Insurance sector.,

-Strong background of Sales & Marketing experience.,

-Strong in communication with effective presentation skills,

-Strong Team Handling Skills,

-Effectiveness in training to handle & induct the team
