About the role:

Primary objective is to supervise and manage Tele collections team & to deliver continuous results, drive improvement through initiatives, identify gaps and fix them.

Key Responsibilities:

Should be able to manage the day today planning, Operational challenges, problem-solving of a team of agents.

To ensure service level components, Standards and targets, Should be able to develop the team, to ensure delivery of a consistently superior customer experience by highly knowledgeable.

Delivery of team collection targets, service level components, quality and productivity targets & indicators.

People Management, including all HR related issues, as well as staff development.

Operational Management: Managing the floor, adherence to schedule.

Call monitoring, coaching and feedback, responsible for delivery of the defined customer experience in every call.

Training and development of staff, Motivation, leadership for a team Leaders agents and developing future leaders.

Recommendations for product and process development based on customer feedback and analysis of the same.

Compiling reports on team performance and customer feedback

Work very closely with team members to solve customer problems.

About Business Central

Required Skills :-
• Proven experience as telesales representative or other sales/customer service role.
• Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone
• Good knowledge of relevant computer knowledge (browser and MS Office) and telephone systems
• Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
• Excellent knowledge of English & Hindi + any Regional language would be an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
• Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints

4. Process orders and onboard customer in an accurate manner
5. Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation
6. Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
7. Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
