Job Description

Shift - 9 hrs shift anytime starting 7 AM ending 8 PM (Female Candidates)

24*7 hrs shift (Male Candidates)

Job Description:

Ability to Visualise, Manage and Achieve Targets

Manage day to day activities of team and ensure 100% compliance on procedure, policy guidelines and performance reporting of the team

Experience in handling inbound and calling process

Presents detailed information and responds to questions from Managers, Clients, and Customers

Control of Attrition and Shrinkage

Monitor team members' participation to ensure the training provided is being put into use, and also to see if any additional training is needed

Manage the flow of day-to-day email operations attendance, leaves, work allocation, schedule adherence, SLA

Flexibility to work in rotational shifts including weekends

Acts as team lead for a team that responds to phone calls from customers

Responds to and resolves escalated issues and/or unique or complex requests from customers

Monitors daily workflow and ensures that correct procedures are followed

Identifies system and workflow improvements to enhance the team's efficiency

Coaches and guides less experienced team members

May be authorised to approve special adjustments, refunds or exceptions for a customer

Responsible for maintaining discipline and absenteeism of team on the floor

To ensure that all problems are dealt with effectively & efficiently

To assist new members of the team by updating knowledge & bridge process gaps

Be directly responsible towards fostering the development of team by motivating them

Ensure the professional and ethical conduct of team members

Accountable for smooth flow of operations
