Health and Safety:

Personal Objectives:

Professional And Personal Development: To undertake identified training/development as part of an agreed development plan.

To keep up-to-date and demonstrate awareness of relevant legislation and best practice.

Provide leadership to the other staff both directly and indirectly, encouraging them with their own personal development

Qualification:

Degree or PG / Nursing / Health science / MSW/ Masters in Biology

Training:

As part of your personal development programme, to remain abreast of current industry related trends, practices and disciplines and undertake regular updates in either competency training or changes in law as required

To undertake identified personal training/development as part of an agreed development plan

Skills and Experience:

Knowledge of education and training in vocational and retired/ Rest homes in India, including knowledge of Health Sciences, Aged care.

Teaching planning, including lesson planning, delivery and assessment processes

Established professional and Industry sector links and associations

Effective communication and cultural sensitivity

Responsibilities:
Preparing and delivering marketing plans within key objectives.AAttract new students across the academy portfolio of programmes.
Promote the profile of the Academy as a whole external audience.
Liaising with students, parents and Institutions as required and managing the production of marketing materials such as leaflets, flyers, posters and newsletters, including e-newsletters and DVDs.
To contribute to the planning of a strategic annual and long term marketing plan to drive forward Giles Brooker Group’s objectives as agreed
To liaise and build relationships with educational institutions and other organisations as identified in the marketing plan.
To maintain, build and update mailing databases
To organise and attend events and exhibitions along with the Team Leader/Executive Officer.
To carry out market research and customer surveys to assess demand, brand positioning and awareness.
To support and manage the production of marketing materials, including leaflets, posters and flyers.
To arrange for the effective distribution of marketing materials. To identify, budget and manage advertising opportunities.
To undertake any training as deemed necessary by the Managing Director.
To support the Managing Director and other colleagues.
Academic Qualifications:
Candidate who have at least a Bachelors/ Masters in degree Marketing.
Graduated with focus on Marketing/ Business from a reputable university
Possesses functional knowledge and/or personal experience with the relevant field.
