Job Description

Teachers ( 1st to 10th Grades ) required for 100+ private English medium schools in different area's of ( Pune & Pimpri-Chinchwad ) locations with good Spoken English skills .

Any ( D.Ed / T.T.C B.Ed/ M.Ed ) professional ( with or without ) work experience in teaching profile may apply for the position.

Non-Teaching (Graduates/ Post Graduates) with 1+ year of work experience in teaching profile who are aspiring and looking to make a career in teaching for English medium schools may also apply.

After initial round of interviews the shortlisted teacher will be placed with one of our partner English medium school located ( within 8-10 km radius ) from the residence of the teacher.

During the 1 year fellowship we provide on the job, teaching skill development program, to coach and support teachers, accelerate their learnings and start their careers strong while they teach as Full Time teacher in a private English medium school.

We also support the teachers to participate and win Certifications, Rewards and recognition from different Institutions working in the Educational Sector across INDIA.

We pay Stipend (per month) during the 1 year fellowship program to the teacher. After successful completion of the program we transfer the teacher to the same school with a salary increase of 15% to 30% ( based on their performance during the one year fellowship ).
