Requirement

We require well versed accountants who have good knowledge of Direct Tax. He/ She shall possess good management skills.

Requirement:

Good exposure on tax compliances, finalising income tax/TDS/GST/VAT returns, tax audits, transfer pricing audits, GST audits, computation of advance tax, TDS related matters, E-way Bills under GST, Finalizing tax computation/liability under GST.

Finalising tax computation under normal tax provisions as well as under MAT to comply with ICDS and IND AS

Finalising periodic (quarterly/yearly) Current Tax Provision/ Deferred Tax, GST calculation workings with Statutory Auditors, tax status and contingent liability

Updating and advising various locations on statutory amendments and applicability of various tax provisions relating to personal tax, TDS, corporate tax, DTAA, GST and VAT related matters.

Representation before various tax authorities independently for scrutiny assessment / rectification applications / order giving effects / obtaining refunds / other follow ups

Good exposure over filing Income tax, GST, TDS returns.

Exposure on obtaining tax exemption u/s. 12A for trust and assessment and other tax compliances for trust

Attend appeal hearings before the Commissioner(Appeals) along with the tax consultants and liaise with the tax consultants / Counsels for appeals before the ITAT / High Court

Good experience on delivering a full range of direct tax services in compliance with laws and regulations within a specific time frame.

Good litigation management skills, developing tax strategy along with senior tax team members of the company, tax consultants and tax counsels

Thorough understanding of corporate direct & indirect tax compliances
