Job Description

-Tandoor Cook should report to Executive chef in the kitchen

-He should be responsible for cooking various tandoor items like Roti, Naan, Kulcha, kebabs and tikkas both veg and non-veg as required

- He must be experienced enough in tandoor cooking process

-He must be responsible for the preparation, presentation and garnishing of tandoor food items

-Must be able to work on pressure

- should keep good coordination and cooperation among all hotel staff

Duties of Housekeeping:
-Housekeeping staff (Houseman/Housemaid) should report to the Executive Housekeeper in the hotel
-He/she must know the basic housekeeping operations
-He/she is responsible for the cleanliness and aesthetical upkeepness of the hotel's both public area and floor area as per the need
-He/she should be responsible for completing the task/job assigned within the time in the area allocated
-He/she must have proper and thorough knowledge of general housekeeping activities like sweeping, cleaning, dusting, mopping, washing etc in order to work efficiently in the dept
-He/she must work under the guidance and supervision of housekeeping supervisors in the dept and must be able to work under pressure in any shift as per the need
- He/she should keep good coordination and cooperation among all hotel staff
