Screening Candidate’s Through Phone & Face to Face Interview.

Determines Applicant Requirements By Studying Job Description and Job Qualifications.

Attracts Applicants By Placing Job Advertisements; Contacting Recruiters, Using Newsgroups and Job Sites.

Determines Applicant Qualifications By Interviewing Applicants; Analyzing Responses; Verifying References; Comparing Qualifications to Job Requirements.

Arranges Management Interviews By Coordinating Schedules.

Evaluates Applicants By Discussing Job Requirements and Applicant Qualifications with Managers; Interviewing Applicants On Consistent Set of Qualifications.

Manages New Employee Relocation By Determining New Employee Requirements; Negotiating with Movers; Arranging Temporary Housing; Providing Community Introductions.

requirements:

Bachelor Degree in Human Resource Management or Its Equivalent.

Minimum 6 Months or 1 Year Working Experience in Similar Role.

Good Understanding of Recruitment / Employment Act.

a Team Player with Good Communication and Organizational Skills with An Ability to Manage Tasks and Work Independently to Facilitate the Recruitment Functions.

Meticulous, Detailed, and Well Organized.

Willing to Learn and Interested in Recruitment / Staffing Services.

Willing to Work in Vizag

Able to Join Within Maximum 1 Month

Excellent Command of Spoken and Written English.
