Job Description

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Human Resources department and oversee our entire recruitment cycle.

Talent Acquisition responsibilities include sourcing candidates through various channels, planning interviews, selection procedures and hiring potential hires.

Ultimately, you will create strong talent pipelines for Bewakoofs current and future hiring needs.

Must-Haves:

Working closely with Hiring Managers:

- This role requires you to build rapport with our Hiring Managers

- To understand the needs of the hiring manager and the requirements and expectations of the job in order to communicate the same to the potential hires

- Conduct update meetings with the Hiring Managers regarding the progress of the job positions

- Determining Selection criteria for recruitment and execute it

Source Candidates:

- To identify the best mix of resources to source top talent using social media, job boards, referrals and industry-specific sources (Behance, Dribbble etc)

- To develop a rapport and relationship with potential talents

- To find creative new ways to source top talents
