Handling different kind of job portals.

Sourcing CV/Resume of candidates from various job portals.

Scrutinizing the resumes, interacting with candidates to understand their capabilities, strengths, limitations & identifying the right candidates according to their skills and interests.

Academic adviser will be responsible for providing educational guidance and assistance for students/working professional

Candidate will be recommending courses and determining appropriate education solutions for different types of students/working professional.

Provide counseling and advise the students regarding various courses, products, application process

Ensure higher conversion by being a single point of interface with all students

Ensure benefits and advantages of enrollment are shared with students. Support enrollment process.

Generate walk-ins from telephonic leads, leads from referrals and other sources & Ensure best service & grievances management in consultation with Centre Manager.

13Handling Digitial Marketing For The Company Eg: Google Advertisements And Social Media Promotions (Facebook, Linkdln.. Etc)
14Handling Company Website Like Back-End Handling, Site Updation And Product Updation
15Good Knowledge In Online Biding And Client Relationship Maintenance And Development
