1. Coordinate with reporting managers to identify staffing needs

2. Understanding the Requisitions/vacant positions shared by reporting managers.

3. Creating Talent Pipeline by Sourcing potential candidates through online channels

4. Calling/Cold calling candidates to find relevant prospects out of bulk databases or

pools/ job portals, screening and shortlisting them for further rounds of interview.

5. Coordination and updating applicants on interview process, providing feedbacks.

6. Taking care of documentation and joining procedures

7. Lead employer branding initiatives

8. Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates

9. Preparing Databases and MIS

10. Achieve targeted closures
