Key Responsibilities:

Platforms: Windows Server 2008R2

Help Desk Call (Average 15-20 call per day)

Responsible for monitoring, troubleshooting, configuring, and deploying LAN/WAN solutions.

User account creation, User account deletion and modifying

Handling Active Directory

Weekly backup of Active Directory.

Installation of various types of software like MS office, antivirus, Drivers etc.

Trouble shooting Desktop and laptop Related.

Trouble shooting the networking related problems

Installation Local and Network Printers and Troubleshooting.

Installation & configuration of basic Software.

Configure and Manage Outlook.
