Job Description

1. Person will be in-charge for entire Stores at Site

2. To measure and record the receipt of all materials received at site

3. To understand the requirement of quality of each material accept/reject based on the same and record it suitably.

4. To stack the material as per norms whether inside or outside the store area

5. To record the daily issues and receipt of material given to work in the Software system.

6. Protection of company asset and consumables against improper usage, damages and rain

7. Maintaining adequate stock of material and raise indent with approval of Project Manager to Purchase Department for procurement whenever shortage occurs.

8. Informing the movement and dead stock of material to Project Manager and HOD on fortnightly basis.

9. Ensuring safety of all materials against fire and Rain and Theft

10. Ensure maximum utilization of Asset

11. To escalate the matter of non-compliance in above case to PM and HOD.
