Post Of: - Store In charge Cum Logistics Executive

Experience: - 2y to 4year

Salary: - 18k to 20k

Location: - Will Be Shahjahnpur Rajasthan ( Alwar Distt)

Roles and responsibilities

After Receiving the Matls from Vendor along with Following Documents 1) Bill Copy,2) LR Copy,3) TC ,4) Road Permit,5) Po Copy

Check ( Qty to be Counted and measured unitil thos was not verified LR Receipt Should not given to the transporter) the Materials As per the Po Details . Inform Pur coordinator and Vendor Coordinator regarding the Materails Received.

Miantain All Registers and Files as per the Advice of Commerical Dept.

Daily Stock Reports to be submitted at the end of the day to accounts .

All Items to be stored at there respective places and No materials should be Lying hapazordly inside the store.

All tools and other Stationary Items to be Issued after receiving Request Slip and Issue register to be Maintained sepertaly for tools and Stationary.

Follow and Maintain all Record releated to Commerical as per the Instructions Given from Commercial Head.

All Items to be stored at there respective places and No materials should be Lying haphazardly inside the store.

Coordinate with the Store person for preparing the packing list for the materails which are getting dispatch. All Boxes should be Marked with lable for the details of Mtls inside .

Should Be Knowledge Of Tally 9.0
