Job Description

#To prepare the dining room, including all necessary mise-en-place for service; serve customers in a professional, efficient and courteous manner.

#To clean agreed designated areas, in accordance with laid-down procedures, morning/evening routines, and hygiene requirements.

#To ensure sideboards on stations are adequately stocked with replacement cutlery, linen or other established needs, be they food or equipment

#To serve food and beverages in accordance with laid-down standards, but above all in a professional, courteous manner

#Present menu and provide detailed information when asked (e.g. about portions, ingredients or potential food allergies)provide recommendations upon request

#Inform customers about the day’s specials & Up-sell additional products when appropriate

#To ensure that customers are correctly charged, present the bill and take payment from the customer, in accordance with the procedures of the establishment.

#Able to provide a warm welcome and fond farewell to the guests.

#Greet & escort guests customers to their tables according to the standards to ensure superior service.

#Anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests.

#Manage the menu recipes rotation for breakfast, lunch, snacks, dinner and special events

#Plan and supervise the daily preparation of dishes according to the prescribed recipes; ensure that each item is made exactly as per the recipe and the quality and quantity is consistent every time
#Consistently maintain standards of quality, cost, presentation, and flavour of foods
#Develop new ideas for promotions, food festivals and other special events

#Responsible for monitoring the daily raw material indent
#Ensure that all the processes and checklists are followed and maintained accurately on a daily basis

#Spearheading and controlling activities related to purchasing, store, food, cost, portion, budget, kitchen organization, and kitchen equipment Schedule.
