Job Description/ Skill Sets

Candidates shall be responsible for developing, implementing and executing strategic marketing plans, developing and fine-tuning the marketing strategy for the company in line with the company objectives and vision. Monitor and report on the effectiveness of such marketing activities.

Planning and implementing elaborate marketing campaigns covering the length and breadth of the country. Managing and improving lead generation in different verticals or services areas.

Managing & Driving the entire sales team of the state and framing the market penetration strategies long with the management.

Review and evaluate group level performance and recommend necessary steps & processes to follow for corrections in the shortest possible time. Will be responsible for brand planning & deployment, media planning & market intelligence.

Conducting market research programs to identify and explore different market segments, devising innovative marketing tactics other than seminars and conferences, to create brand awareness and recall.

Continuously monitor the training & development aspects of the sales force. Imparting new skills and able to apply contemporary marketing knowledge for business expansion.

Leverage various digital/non digital approaches to communicate and engage with customers to foster loyalty and retention.

Create, analyze, and follow up on reports in a timely manner using existing tools or developing new ones. Keep and maintain budget to know exactly where the company's money is going.

Manage and develop effective processes and procedures for capturing & maintenance of data ensuring that information is true, robust and that can be relied upon.

Must be an excellent coordinator as job involves working with employees, customers and management, all at once.
