- Review Performance Of Different Processes Regularly And Strive For Improvements In Process.
- Establish And Maintain Effective Work Procedures, Review, Assess And Identify Coaching & Training Needs To Provide Staff With Necessary Skills And Knowledge.
- Frame Sops For All The Departments For Effective And Smooth Functioning Of Hospital System And Improving Level Of Patient Care.
- Identify The Areas Of Improvements In Each Department And Improve The Process And Standards
- Accountable For Hospital Infection Control Management, Biomedical Waste Management.
- To Liaison With State Officials, Technology Partners And Other Stakeholders,- Implementingand Supervision Of The Quality Assurance
- Maintenance Of Hospital Medical Records Electronically. Ensures That Staff Complies With Existing Laws, Regulations, Standards, Policies And Procedures Set Out By Hospital
