We have an urgent opening of Sr.Tender Executive

Job Title: - Sr.Tender Executive

Industry- manufacturing

Experience: - 3 to 6 year

Salary :- 30000 to 35000

Applied Candidate: - male only

Job Location: - Gurugram - 122006, Haryana, India

Qualification: Any Graduate

Job Responsibility:

Work on GEM portal _Prepare Online and offline Documentation.

Functioned as Tender Executive and arranging documents as per Tender Requirement.

Preparation of Tenders & Procedures / Bidding and submission of Tenders.

Supplier Payment & overview & Maintain list of Supplier & Identify New Supplier Follow up vender for timely deliveries.

Uploading/Submitting the Documents in the ONLINE Platform GEM Preparing the proposals (Technical & Commercial).

Preparing Purchase Order, Receipt Notes. Stock transfer and E-waybill overview/command. re bid meeting when required.
