Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITY:

Exceed target on new Agency Associates in their respective patch

Enhance quantity and quality recruitment by Agency Associates

Emphasis on quality recruitment through one-on-one session.

Create mutual support platform to enable easier recruitment for Agency Associates

Enhance AFYP & Number of cases by Agency Associates

Responsible for training, developing & execution of AAP business

Increase retention of agents, Agency Associates to increase agent satisfaction

Ensure compliance with various IRDA guidelines.

Timely contract of agency associates within regulatory guidelines.

Monitoring IRDA guidelines impacting AAP channel at regional level.

Track competition regularly at regional level on various measures such as new strategies, new compensation models etc. with particular reference to AAP model developed by the competitors

MEASURES OF SUCCESS:

Add-on of AFYP & number of cases

Add-on of number of new agency associates

Recruitment ( contracted agents ) numbers

Case Rate & Case Size

Agent satisfaction survey

Accuracy and timeliness of information

AAP is within limits of IRDA jurisdiction

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

MINIMUM EDUCATION:

Post Graduate/MBA will be given preference

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE:

overall 7-8 years of sales experience.

Should have handled team/ minimum 2-3 years man-manager experience.

Should have minimum of 2-3 years of direct sales experience.
