Hiring for below mentioned position in a leading Travel Company:

Designation: Sr. Manager(B2B Travel Sales)

Location: Chennai

C.T.C.: 12 L.P.A.

Experience: 4 years or above.

Candidate must be from Travel Industry and must have team handling experience.

Job Description:

1) Maintaining Sales and Promotion for company by being very aggressive in markets for selling Air and Non-Air Packages (B2B).

2) Drive team to move swiftly, build ambitious culture and over-achieve targets month on month.

3) Meeting Travel agents and bring in new accounts on regular basis from various cities.

4) Managing the existing travel Agents accounts and generating regular revenue from them.

5) Manage & drive multi-city sales team, target planning, distribution & tracking.

6) Expertise in B2B sales environment navigating corporate processes & dealing with admin managers/ purchase-procurement teams/ HR.

7) Identify & recruit right talent for all locations & provide training to them.

8) Plan and Carry out Direct Marketing Activities such as bulk SMS & Mailing.

9) Handling Tele Calling team for direct marketing (B2C) for Promotional Holiday Packages.

10) Monitor And Report on All Marketing Activities And Provide Relevant Management Information.

11) Daily, weekly reporting.
